Terms and ConditionsCancellations are NOT ACCEPTED less than twenty eight (28) days before the event, otherwise the whole of the outstanding balance is due.Cancellations are not accepted by telephone, and can only be accepted in writing. Should inclement weather or any other circumstances beyond the artiste's control prevent the artist from presenting their act on the day, then the afore mentioned fee will still be payable, provided the artist attends the appointed venue. Operators reserve the right to refuse the use of apparatus to any persons they feel may be a hazard to themselves, others or equipment. All rebooking or subsequent engagements are to be negotiated through this company and not direct with the artist or operator. The hirer is responsible for any loss or theft of equipment The hirer agrees to pay on demand for any damage to equipment, including, vehicles, stock, and any other accessories. We are not responsible for any accidents, injury or death All users use our equipment at their own risk. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure all users are made aware of this fact. All credit card payments are subject to a handling fee of 2.5% N.B. We normally ask for a 10% deposit at time of processing booking Access details, e.g. we need 3m ceiling clearance for rodeo (or other simulators) 1m entrances and 6m-floor space Also we must be informed if stairs or restricted access is to be negotiated YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED THE FULL HIRE FEE, IF WE ATTEND AND CANNOT SET UP DUE TO PHYSICAL RESTRICTIONSA 13-amp socket within 30 metres of set-up is required, or a 5.5kva generator for Rodeos etc (cost £40) can be supplied, castles and similar only need 2kva generator (cost £20) For all 'dry hire' bookings, i.e. unattended bouncy castles, etc. all prices quoted are for 'day hire' i.e. we drop off before noon and pick up later the same day. If you wish a late pick-up, or overnight hire, there is an additional £50 fee. All overnight bookings require a £200 credit card deposit; wish will be refunded on safe collection of undamaged and clean unit. All prices quoted assume max running time for attended rides is 4 hours and finish is no later than 11:30pm. Costs available on request.
