Horse Stunt Riding
Trick riding is a form of dangerous horse riding stunts which include the rider standing upright on a horse, while the horse is galloping.
Other stunts include hanging upside off of the horse by a strap or jumping on and off the horse which is running at a gallop.
Horse riding stunts have been performed in many films, as well as in our wild west parties. We only use experienced stunt riders who train their own horses for trick riding stunts. Back in the early days of Trick and Fancy Riding, American Cowboys and Cowgirls competed for prize money at rodeos and wild west shows performing death defying stunts off the backs of galloping horses.
Trick Riding is no longer a competitive sport in present times. Today, trick riders thrill audiences throughout the world flipping, vaulting and hanging off of their horses as entertainment. Tricks from the past are still being perfected today as well as new tricks invented by trick riding craftsmen!
